  • Maintain all controlled company documents.
  • Monitor document through its entire lifecycle.
  • Review and edit incoming documents and prepare for distribution.
  • Prepare document filing and organizing systems that are both effective and efficient.
  • Make sure the proper organization and security of documents.
  • Log document requests and help retrieve documents as required for employees.
  • Confirm delivery of documents to appropriate personnel.
  • Make sure that all documents are up to date.
  • Adhere to company procedures.
