  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Create profit and loss statements.
  • Review and approve expense reports.
  • Reconcile the general ledger regularly.
  • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Keep account books and systems updated.
  • Produce error-free accounting reports.
  • Prepare balance sheets and journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded properly.
